Hopefully everyone has been able to check out the paperwork I sent home with the boys on Thursday. In my previous post I asked that the paperwork be turned in by Tuesday, but in the information I sent home, I might have put something else.
I simply want to clarify a few things.
It would be great if all the boys could have all of their paperwork completed by Monday to turn in to me. I have to go to a coaches meeting on Monday night at Lake Country, and at that time I will turn in all the boys' paperwork.
Included in the paperwork should be $60 (if check, made payable to Lake Country Soccer) and the Medical Release form must be notorized.
I'm looking forward to practice on Monday and getting to know all of our awesome players.
